Terms of Use – Kemo IPTV

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using kemoiptvusa.net and the Kemo IPTV service (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Service. Kemo IPTV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time — your continued use of the Service following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Kemo IPTV provides an internet-based IPTV subscription service that grants registered subscribers access to live television channels and video-on-demand (VOD) content via internet-connected devices. The Service is delivered digitally and requires an active, stable internet connection. Kemo IPTV operates as an independent IPTV reseller and does not independently produce, host, store, or own the content streams made available through the Service. Content availability may vary by region and is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the Kemo IPTV Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Immediately notifying Kemo IPTV at support@kemoiptvusa.net if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, abuse the free trial, or exploit any promotion is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.

4. Subscription Plans, Billing & Renewals

Kemo IPTV subscriptions are offered on monthly, 3-month, and annual billing cycles at the prices displayed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period to ensure uninterrupted service. You will receive a renewal reminder email at least 3 days before each renewal date. To cancel your subscription and prevent automatic renewal, contact our support team before the renewal date. Kemo IPTV reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 14 days’ advance notice to current subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Kemo IPTV Service solely for personal, non-commercial, and lawful entertainment purposes. The Service is licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis — it is not sold. Your subscription grants you a personal right to access the Service within the boundaries of these Terms and does not convey any ownership interest in the Service or its content.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund:

• Sharing your login credentials with individuals beyond your plan’s authorised simultaneous connection limit.
• Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, or re-streaming any aspect of the Service or its content without prior written authorisation from Kemo IPTV.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or similar circumvention tools to bypass access controls or geo-restrictions in a manner that violates these Terms.
• Attempting to scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract any content, software, data, or systems from the Service.
• Uploading, transmitting, or introducing malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or any other harmful code to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or intimidates other users, Kemo IPTV employees, or support agents.
• Creating false or fraudulent accounts, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation when contacting Kemo IPTV.
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content delivered via the Kemo IPTV Service — including but not limited to live television streams, movies, series, and EPG data — is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to download, record, reproduce, copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, perform, display, or create derivative works from any content accessed through the Service without the express written consent of the relevant rights holder.

8. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

Kemo IPTV acts as a reseller of IPTV services and does not independently produce, create, host, own, or control the content streams delivered through the Service. All content is sourced from third-party upstream content providers. Kemo IPTV makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, completeness, or quality of any third-party content. Content availability, channel lineups, and VOD titles are subject to change at any time without notice, based on upstream provider decisions beyond our direct control.

9. Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties

Kemo IPTV strives to maintain 99.9% service uptime and reliability. However, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, upstream provider issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Kemo IPTV, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL Kemo IPTV’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kemo IPTV and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your breach of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.

12. Termination

Kemo IPTV reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, or for any other legitimate business reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 10, 11, and 13 of these Terms shall survive any termination or expiration of your account. Termination for cause does not entitle you to any refund.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived or excluded under applicable law.

14. Modifications to These Terms

Kemo IPTV reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email and via a prominent notice on kemoiptvusa.net at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or minor clarifications) may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
